What's the best plan for me?
MY DATA manager offers 2 standard solutions, SME and PRO and a “taylormade" solution, ENTERPRISE.
. BASIC is ideal for Startups and Micro companies that have a small number of workers and/or limited data processing activities. 
. SME was created for organizations with a medium structure where is important that several users from different departments contribute promoting the accountability and engagement for the Data Protection and Privacy.
. PRO is defined by having in a single account more than one company. The ideal solution for Lawyers, Independent Professionals, DPOs, IT Consultants and Legal Consultants that manage more than 1 client.
. ENTERPRISE solution is perfect for larger companies with specific needs or that are seeking a tailored solution.

Do I pay monthly or annually?
You can choose the best option for your company. In the Monthly Plan your credit card account will be charged automatically every month (you can cancel at any time).

If you prefer to pay Annually offline, you can contact us and we will be happy to assist (comercial@mydatamanager.eu).

There are no cancellation or other hidden fees.

What is an "item>"?

An "item" is a Data Inventory Activity and/or a Data Protection Impact Assessment registered in MY DATA manager.

(Example, the SME License has 500 items, that can be used between Data Inventory Activities and Data Protection Impact Assessments according the company needs).

How many companies can I have in my PRO License?

The PRO License is defined by having in a single account more than one company.  The ideal solution for Lawyers, Independent Professionals, DPOs, IT Consultants and Legal Consultants that manage more than 1 client. When you subscribe the PRO License, you get 1 company to setup and then you can add as many new companies as you need (there is no limit), in the “License” section of your MY DATA manager account.

Which methods of payment do you accept?
Monthly Plan: Credit Card.
Annual Plan: Credit Card or Wire Transfer

You can quickly and easily pay using Visa, MasterCard or Maestro, in “License” section on MY DATA manager platform.

If you prefer Wire Transfer option, you should contact your account manager or the commercial support (comercial@mydatamanager.eu)

When the payment is processed?
Near the end of your 10-day free trial, you will receive an email with all details regarding the available plans and conditions to continue using

MY DATA manager .

The 10 days Free Trial end, what happens to my account?
After the 10 days Free Trial your account is frozen. If you want to continue using MY DATA manager you have to choose the plan that better suits your needs and pay in the “License” section of your account.

Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel my Plan?
Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade and also cancel the services at any time.The services upgrade can be made in the “License” section of your account, for downgrade  you should contact your account manager or the commercial support (comercial@mydatamanager.eu). There are no loyalty periods, but the cancellation to be effected to the immediately following period must be requested 5 business days prior to the renewal date, by email to cancel@mydatamanager.eu.
Important: It is your responsibility to back up all data in your account before it becomes inaccessible (after the subscription is canceled).

Why are you giving us a 10 days MY DATA manager Free trial?

We want you to be 100% sure that MY DATA manager is the right solution for your company or for your clients implement and maintain the GDPR requirements. All our plans (Enterprise excluded) include a 10-day free trial and we don't ask for payment details until your trial is nearing the end.

How safe are documents stored in MY DATA manager?

Organizations have the possibility to save all documents (pdf, microsoft office, google docs, scans, etc.) linked with data processing activities that can be used as evidence for Dara Protection Authority or Data Holders. These documents are stored in Microsoft Azure that guarantees data security and privacy in compliance with the GDPR and MY DATA manager has also implemented best practice list of security measures. Do you offer discounts to non-profit organizations or educational bodies?

Yes, we deal with each case individually depending on the type of organization.
